Wood Fired Catering, Events, Competitions, and Pop Up Food Cart

Our mission is to create a wood fired cooking experiences based upon the cuisine and culture of the Pacific Northwest.  From lamb, to pork and beef to seasonal vegetables, the region provides exceptional quality in local ingredients and the range of flavors that wood smoke can offer.
